Vintage Industrial Machinist's / Factory / Dentist Chair - Red Vinyl 

A stunning Industrial chair from the 1940's - 1950's. The chair is made from steel, with red vinyl covered padded seat & and tilting steel backrest; it's been gently cleaned, greased and buffed and is excellent condition for its age.

The chair is adjustable in height, the back rest can tilt as well as be adjusted if you wanted the seat set to be either far forward or leaned back. The chair is solid, true and comfy though has slight movement from the central column where the screw mechanism moves up and down.

The chair frame was painted at some point, but the paint is now coming away in places revealing the metal below. There are also some slight 'pock' marks in the vinyl seat through wear, though the fabric is stable - please see the photos for more details and do ask if you have any questions.

 - Height at back rest - 87cm highest, 75cm when seat in lowest position
 - Seat height 55cm highest, 43cm at lowest 
 - Seat width 41cm
 - Seat depth 37cm
 - Backrest 13 x 36cm
 - Foot print on floor 35.5cm x 35.5cm
