Vintage French SNCF 1Distance Marker Sign - '86' / Aluminium & Vinyl
An interesting & curious piece of French Railway history recovered from a disused railway yard in Northern France. This sign would have been attached to a post alongside the track to notify drivers of distance.
The numbers are printed on to vinyl, which is mounted on the aluminium.
It has been cleaned and straightened; whilst keeping it's original features and signs of wear.

The sign is 42cm wide x 25cm tall and 2-3mm thick approx.
