Vintage French Opaline Round Dome Ceiling/Wall Light Shade

This Vintage 60s/70's French Opaline Light shade is refined and elegant in its simplicity.

The lightshade is held by a metal fitting attached to the ceiling (or wall?) - with a fabulous a moving metal framework that grips, or un-grips the glass lip.
The lightshade measures 20cm in diameter with depth from the ceiling of approx 10cm.

There are some tiny chips along the top edge of the rim, though this wouldn't be visible when the shade is in place - please see the photos for more details and do ask if you have any questions.
We do recommend that this shade is fitted by a qualified electrician.
