Stunning Mid Century Teak Roll Top Bureau / Writing Desk by Egon Ostergaard

This roll top Mid Century is a fantastic piece with the most beautiful rich teak veneer finish.

The bureau has been gently cleaned and waxed and is ready to serve again. The bureau comes with two keys for the lockable roll top section and top drawer.

The teak veneer is in great overall condition - there is some slight sun bleaching on the roll top where the bureau has perhaps been sat open. 

Along the bottom edges around the base some of the veneer had been slightly chipped - this has been sympathetically restored with new veneer sections, along the top left hand side of the top drawer a small veneer repair has also been done. 

There are a few other very tiny bits of missing veneer along the back sides - however the actual roll top, drawer fronts etc are in excellent condition. Please see the photos for more details and don't hesitate to ask if you need to see more. 

The pull out desk runs smoothly, as do all of the drawers. Please note the slightest of dips of the three inside drawers - between the left and middle drawers.

The bureau measures;

 - height 97.5cm

 - width at widest point 89cm

 - depth 47cm

 - depth of bureau when flap out 69cm

 - depth of workspace when flap out, to inner drawers 42cm

 - height of flap from floor when open - to be confirmed!

The bureau can be collected from E10 - North London, or delivered nationally by fully insured courier for £85.
