This metal hat & coat is in need of repair in needing a new central fitting to hold the top and bottom sections together... 

Other than the central column needing more support, all hooks and the base are solid.

The overall height of the hat stand is 178cm. 
The diameter is across the top 39cm, diameter across bottom feet 36cm.
