Arts & Craft Bureau/Front Fall Desk w/ Barristers Bookcase /Compartments

This oak bureau is a super rare piece to have the bureau / secretaire top over two barrister bookcase style compartments.

This stunning bureau has been gently cleaned and oiled to bring it back to life; it has been much loved and used during the course of it's life so far, alongside the knocks and bumps to be expected with a piece of this age.

There are some other points to note;

 - the front fall fall 'flap' has been re-shaped over the years as the desk has been opened and closed - please see the photos showing how the wood has warped. 

 - There are some knocks/marks and bumps on the wood - some spots where there is almost varnish missing.

 - The glass fronted panels of lower barrister compartments run smoothly.

 - Please note, this is one complete unit and does not come apart.

The barristers bureau can be collected from N8 - North London, delivered for free within 3 miles of N8, delivered in Greater London for £30, London Congestion Zone £45, or delivered nationally by fully insured courier for £85.
