Antique Victorian Mahogany & Red Leather Swivel Captains / Desk Chair

This is a chair to make important decisions in - it has such gravitas and presence.

The chair is in very good condition for its age and has been gently cleaned with the frame oiled and waxed; the leather is also in great condition and has been treated with leather balm to bring back the colour and lustre - though there are a few marks and surface scratches as to be expected. (There is also a slight imprint on the seat where a box, perhaps, has been sat on it, though this is only visible from some angles.)

The wooden base has been carefully cleaned and oiled, the swivel works smoothly as do the castor feet. Please see the photos for more details and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

The chair measures;

 - height 86cm

 - width at widest point 59cm

 - depth 66cm approx

 - seat depth 46cm

 - seat width between arms 47cm

 - seat height from floor 52cm

 - arm height above floor 71cm

The chair can be collected from N8 - North London, delivered within 3 miles of N8 for free, Greater London for £30, London's Congestion Zone £45, or it can be sent by national courier with full insurance £90.
